The information tab holds the following sections:

 

Task Builder

Here users create individual Tasks for new hires to complete as part of their onboarding journey.

Tasks are added to ‘packs‘ for new hires to complete on the front end website

The standard ‘task types’ are: Confirm Personal Details, Offer Docs, Contract Docs, Documents, Confirm, Uploads, iFrame, Links

 

Pack Builder

Here users select which tasks are required for the role of the new hire

Example:

Pack 1 = Confirm Personal Details + Offer Letter + Contract + New Uniform Form + Link to Learning System + Equipment Requirements Form  + Map for Location of office

Pack 2 = Confirm Personal Details + Offer Letter + Contract + Pension Form + Car Parking + New Uniform Form + Link to Learning System + Equipment Requirements Form  + Map for Location of office

 

 Library

The Library manages ‘who’ can see ‘what’ in the candidates front end website

 

Library Books

All documents are added into this section of the system, which then allows users to assign the correct documentation using the library section

 

Line Manager Tasks

Here you can create sets of Line Manager Tasks which will appear to the Line Managers in a restricted version of the control panel
