What is Day-One Onboarding?

 

Day-One Onboarding is a standard licenced Control Panel (SaaS).  This product provides a platform for companies to communicate with new hires before they actually join their business to complete any pre-boarding tasks / forms / actions. The Control Panel and onboarding website give you the opportunity to engage with new starters (and keep them engaged) after they accept a position with you and before they start.

 

The Day-One Onboarding system functionality allows you to create individual Tasks, such as ‘confirm your start date’ and group an unlimited number of tasks into a Pack. These packs are stored centrally and can be easily allocated to new starters via the control panel. The candidate will be asked to securely login to the front end website where they will be able to view your website information and their individual tasks which they can complete pre-start date.

You can also create Line Manager Tasks, to ensure that your business processes are being followed and complete by any line manager with a new team member joining them.

 

NexGen ATS / Genius ATS > Day-One Onboarding

For customers who also have our Applicant Tracking System (NexGen / GeniusATS) a feed of any candidates that are appointed is pulled through into the Day-One control panel, where you can easily process your new hire information and manage any tasks.
