The ESR tab will only appear for NHS customers and is integrated with ESR. This links with the candidates NHS electronic staff record. The onboarding system matches a vacancy and a candidate in order to process the details.
There must therefore be a Vacancy ID to link the candidate to. You can create a vacancy using the vacancies tab:
