Control Panel Users are created in the Onboarding System > Users area.
An email will be sent to any new user that is created immediately from the system.
The email is customisable in the control panel by users who have the permission to view/edit system emails
Log In issues
If a new user reports any issues with login and an “Invalid token” message appears, this means that one of four following situations have occurred:
- The reset password link is older than 24 hours.
- The link has already been used to change the password.
- The link has been reset by another reset password link (say by requesting another link before using the first link)
- The email programme is corrupting the link.
- users will be locked out of the website after 5 x failed login attempts for 15mins
