Reporting

System Reports

The system reports are available to System Admin users only. There are two sections

  1. Reports CSV
  2. Report Charts

The Reports CSV consist of a standard suite of reports, which are produced by a control panel user manually adding a date range and downloading the report.

The Report Charts allows the user to create charts from information contained in the dropdown areas of the control panel.

 

 

Standard Report Suite

The standard suite of reports consist of the following.

Simply chose your date range [from] and [to] and click download.

  • Candidate Management
  • Lifecycle Report
  • Line Manager New Hires
  • Line Manager Tasks
  • New Starters
  • Onboarding Status Breakdown
  • Onboarding Status Overview
  • Pre-Employment Tasks
  • Starter Appointments
  • Starter Tasks
  • System Users

 

Bespoke reporting

If you require other reports adding into the system, this is possible and can be done at any time.

You will need to provide a CSV of the fields you wish to see within the report and the report name to your project manager.

 

Report Charts

Here are the available reports, you can create your own charts using the filters.

  • Appointments
  • Complete Line Manager Tasks
  • Complete Pre-Employment Tasks
  • Complete Starter Tasks
  • Incomplete Line Manager Tasks
  • Incomplete Pre-Employment Tasks
  • Incomplete Starter Tasks
  • Starter Appointed Date
  • Starter Created
  • Starter End Date
  • Starter Probation End Date
  • Starter Start Date
  • Starter Welcomed Date
