Overview: The following updates have been made to the onboarding control panel to update the user interface (UI).
Generic Modal Popup asking for a Field input
- The Confirm button is disabled until a value is selected
WYSIWYG Editors
- The WYSIWYG Editors (like in email etc) now have the “Powered by TINY” branding removed.
Tasks
- The “Title” field is marked as required.
- When creating a Link Task, the Link “Title” field is renamed to “Link Text” to be clearer and also not have the same label as the main Title field.
Starter Statuses
- When adding/updating the “Toast” notification now says “Starter Status Added” / “Starter Status Updated” rather than referring to Name Added/Updated.
Location
- The Town, Postcode, Lat/Long fields are now half width, allowing for two fields per line, reducing the height of the form by two rows, and removing scrollbar on “normal” screen sizes.
Appointments
- Toast now say “Appointment Type Updated” rather than “Name Updated”
- Creating Appointment correctly saves the assigned colour. (bug fixed when Adding a new one)
Appointments / Schedule
- Editing a schedule without a Description (probably from old data) now uses the “Day of Week” if it exists.
- Disables Save button if BOTH Day-Of-Week and Specific-Date are filled in (requires one, not neither, not both).

People Search
- The ‘Archived’ dropdown is now ‘clearable’.
Share Starter
- The dropdown is now searchable by typing into it.
- The [Add] button is disabled until a value is selected.
Tasks / Output
- Documents Save button disabled until File Transfer dropdown selected.
- Wording changed from “When the Starter completes…” to refer to LM when on the LM Tasks bit.
- Wording changed from “…you configure various emails…” to “…you can configure various emails…”
Information / Pre-Employment Tasks / Checklist
- The Add button is disabled until you enter a task name.
