Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the Genius Onboarding System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
OB-91 – Panda Doc
Panda Doc is a type of electronic signature which makes your document more legally robust for either contracts, offers or any type of document that requires a signature
if you are interested in adding this to your system you must contact client support as a billing schedule will need to be agreed.
To add a Panda Doc signature to you process you must start by creating a task, within the list you will find Panda Dc and the options to create either a contract, offer, or general document.
When uploading your document, make sure it is a word document, the mail merge where you would the the signature place must be {{PandaDoc-Signature}} The system will then configure the signature when it’s required.
On he front end the candidate will review their list of tasks including the Panda Doc (this is up to you ow you title your document) the screenshot highlights test examples
When the starter selects their Panda Doc an I-Frame will appear, this may take a few seconds to load, the signature will appear where they can write their name, screen shot below is a test document
Once completed an email will be sent to you the client to confirm it is completed which acts as a certificate of the signature held in Panda Doc
