Overview:
The following universal changes/fixes to the Genius Onboarding System Software have or are to be deployed as per our development roadmap / schedule.
OB-78 – Line Manager Reminders
To help Line Mangers mange their outstanding tasks, the system will send a daily email to remind them they have outstanding tasks within the system. There will be an expiry date relating to the starters start date so Line managers aren’t notified about the tasks forever if they never start.
The rules behind the LM Tasks are:

For Starters that they are the assigned LM

The Starter is Complete
-
The Starter is not Archived
-
The Starter is at status Onboarding or Employee (e.g. not Pre-Boarding, or Non-Starters)
Example below of the email you will receive, it is up to you to change the tone of voice to yours. Genius have already added the relevant mail merge required for the emails.
